Hatha Yoga Teacher Training – Course Syllabus

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training focuses on the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga. Consisting over 100 asanas practiced based on the traditional way of sequencing,  Hatha Yoga Teacher Training brings the timeless practice in its purest form. Every day you will be spending time on the early morning time for the practice of traditional Meditation techniques, Pranayamas and Kriyas while there will be sessions on exploring the philosophy of Hatha Yoga, its origin, the perspective, and the evolution until the modern times. The Afternoon sessions are dedicated to Asana Clinics and traditional Hatha Yoga Practices.
