Hatha Yoga Teacher Training – Course Syllabus

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training focuses on the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga. Consisting of over 100 asanas practised based on the traditional way of sequencing,  Hatha Yoga Teacher Training brings the timeless practice in its purest form. Every day you will be spending time in the early morning time for the practice of traditional Meditation techniques, Pranayamas and Kriyas while there will be sessions on exploring the philosophy of Hatha Yoga, its origin, the perspective, and the evolution until modern times. The Afternoon sessions are dedicated to Asana Clinics and traditional Hatha Yoga Practices. The entire Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional wisdom of Hatha Yoga Pradeepika and Gheranda Samhita.

Veda Vijnana Gurukulam, an Indian Vedic-Yogic Gurukulam system is the root from which Samyak Yoga has been flourishing as one of the fastest-growing Yoga Families in the world. Our Acharya (Guruji) is Ramchandra Bhatt is the mentor, guiding force behind the development of Samyak Yoga who of course, does not teach in the Teacher Training Courses. It was a blessing to be taught by Acharya, who is the reason behind the dream called “Samyak Yoga”.
