Education & Training

Nagendra Hegde has immersed himself in the profound teachings of Yoga, Vedanta, and Veda through the traditional Gurukula method at Veda Vijnana Gurukulam for seven years. As an 'Acharya,' he not only mastered these ancient disciplines but also had the privilege of imparting knowledge within the same esteemed Gurukulam.

In addition to his Gurukulam studies, Nagendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Yoga and consciousness and a Master's (Vidwat) in Sanskrit, showcasing his deep academic understanding of these timeless traditions.

Teaching Experience

Nagendra Hegde's passion for sharing knowledge has taken him beyond the Gurukulam. He has been a beacon of wisdom, teaching Yoga and Sanskrit in various prestigious institutions, including Vizag, Chaitanya School in Bangalore, and the renowned Om Yoga and Wellness Hub in Vietnam.

Workshops & Programs

Nagendra Hegde has conducted numerous workshops focusing on personality development programs and yoga-based stress management. His holistic approach to well-being integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, making his workshops truly transformative.

Awards & Recognition

Nagendra Hegde's dedication to the study of Indian Logics (Tarka Shastra) earned him the prestigious 'Manorama' award. His eloquence in Sanskrit was also recognized at a state level Sanskrit speech competition, where he secured the second prize in 'Shalaka Pareeksha.'

Nagendra Hegde guides the students in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Yoga style of asana practices, Kriyas, Pranayama, etc, in both 200-hour and 300-hour training courses. His unique blend of traditional wisdom and modern teaching methods ensures a fulfilling and enriching experience on the path of Yoga and Vedanta.
