Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration & Commitment

To secure your place in our training program, a registration fee is required. As our courses are residential with limited capacity, reserving a seat for you means we are unable to offer it to another participant.

We request all participants to register mindfully, with the intention to attend and complete the training.

2. Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before the training
Cancellations are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus 25% of the registration fee + applicable taxes.
Between 60 and 30 days before the training
Refunds are not applicable. However, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future training (see transfer policy below).
Within 30 days of the training
No cancellations, refunds, or transfers are permitted, without exception.
After the training begins
No refund is applicable if a participant chooses to leave the training for any reason.

3. Transfer Policy

We understand that genuine and unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases:

Transfers are permitted only under exceptional circumstances.
A maximum of two transfers is allowed:

From the originally booked training to another
And, if required, one final transfer to a subsequent training

3. After two transfers, no further transfer requests will be accepted.

Additional conditions:

Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before the training begins.
A transfer fee of 10% of the registration fee is applicable.
Once a registration is transferred:

It becomes non-refundable
Further cancellation is not permitted
Early bird pricing will not apply, even if available for new students
The standard course fee will be applicable

4. Access to Samyak Kulam

Access to Samyak Kulam begins from the time your registration fee is paid and is intended to support your preparation for the training.

Participants must complete their training within 2 years from the date of registration.
If the training is not completed within this period - even after transfers - access to Samyak Kulam will automatically expire after 2 years.

5. Exceptional Situations

If a training is cancelled by Samyak Yoga, 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative training will be offered.
If a training is interrupted due to exceptional circumstances:
- No refund will be provided if more than half of the training is completed
- If interrupted before the midway point, participants may rejoin a future training with minimal applicable charges

6. Liability & Responsibility

Samyak Yoga is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, geopolitical situations, or health-related issues.

Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for their physical and mental well-being during the training.

Samyak Yoga is not liable for:

Flight costs or travel disruptions
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injuries or illnesses occurring during or after the training

7. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
It may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

8. Why This Policy Exists

Our trainings are intensive, residential, and carefully planned experiences involving accommodation, food, staffing, and logistics. Last-minute changes significantly impact the functioning of the program and the experience of other participants.
While we genuinely empathize with unexpected situations, these policies help us maintain fairness, sustainability, and quality for everyone involved.
