Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration & Commitment
To secure your place in our training, a Registration Fee is required. As our courses are residential and have limited capacity, reserving a place for you means that the same place may no longer be available to another participant.
We therefore request all students to register mindfully, with a genuine intention to attend and complete the training.
2. Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before the training:
Cancellation is possible. The amount paid will be refunded after deducting 25% of the Registration Fee, along with any applicable taxes and payment processing charges. -
Within 60 days of the training:
No refund is applicable. However, if your request is made at least 30 days before the training begins, you may transfer your registration to a future training according to the Transfer Policy below. -
Within the final 30 days:
No cancellation or refund is applicable. Transfers are also generally not permitted during this period, except in the case of a genuine medical emergency as explained below. -
After the training begins:
No refund or transfer is applicable if a participant chooses to leave the training for any reason.
3. Transfer Policy
We understand that sometimes plans genuinely change. If you are unable to attend your originally booked training, you may request to transfer your registration to another future training.
More than 30 days before the training:
A transfer may be requested by paying a €50 Transfer Fee.
Any difference between the fee of your originally booked course and the fee applicable to the newly selected course must also be paid.
Within the final 30 days:
Transfers are generally not permitted. However, in the case of a genuine medical emergency, we may consider a transfer upon submission of relevant medical documentation.
If approved, a €100 Transfer Fee will apply, along with any applicable difference in the fee of the newly selected course.
4. Conditions for Transfers
A registration may be transferred only once.
Once transferred:

The registration becomes non-refundable.

Further cancellation or transfer is not permitted.

The original Early Bird price will not be carried forward.

The course fee applicable to the newly selected training will apply.
4. Access to Samyak Kulam
Access to Samyak Kulam begins once your Registration Fee has been received and is intended to support your preparation before arriving for the training.
Your training must be completed within 2 years from the original date of registration.
If the training is not completed within this period, access to Samyak Kulam associated with the registration will expire, including in cases where the registration
5. Exceptional Situations

If a training is cancelled by Samyak Yoga, participants may choose either a 100% refund of the amount paid or transfer their payment to an alternative training.

If a training that has already begun must be interrupted due to exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the appropriate solution will depend upon how much of the training has been completed.

If more than half of the training has been completed, no refund will be applicable. If the training is interrupted before the halfway point, participants may be given the opportunity to complete the remaining training at a future course, subject to any minimal applicable costs.
6. Liability & Responsibility

Samyak Yoga is not responsible for cancellations, delays, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, geopolitical situations, or similar unforeseen events.

Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance and for considering their individual health and physical capacity before joining the training.

Samyak Yoga cannot reimburse expenses such as flights, visas, travel arrangements, or other personal costs resulting from a participant's cancellation or change of plans.
7. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days after approval.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
8. Why This Policy Exists

Our trainings are residential programmes with limited places and require advance planning for accommodation, food, teachers, staff, and other arrangements. A place reserved for one participant may mean turning away another student, particularly as the training date approaches.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and wherever reasonably possible, we try to support our students. At the same time, this policy helps us maintain fairness, sustainability, and the quality of the training experience for everyone.
9. Quick Summary

Cancellation 60+ days before training: Refund available, minus 25% of the Registration Fee + applicable charges.
