1. Practice 6 days a week

You may not get this kind of opportunity always. It’s the best time to take your practice to the next level. Keep a regular and simple practice of asanas.


2. Add more Pranayama and Meditation to your Daily Practice

Most often, Yogis focus more on the Asana practice while Pranayama and Meditation are given lesser attention. It’s time to spend more time meditating and expanding the Prana. The more you practice meditation, the better the mindset will be and helps to rejuvenate with positive vibes within.


3. Eat Healthily

This is the best time to look at what you are eating. Observe your food habits. Write a diet plan and start seriously to move towards better food diet plans.



4. Take online classes

There are a lot of online classes. Besides online Yoga classes, there are multiple other areas of knowledge wherein you can build, enhance your skillset. Start looking at online classes/courses. They keep you engaged and building these new skills helps you in exploring better career opportunities.


5. Quality Time with Family

Spend time with loved ones. Life is not just about you. It’s about how do you live it with others.
