Yoga Teacher Training is often insufficient to explore everything you want to learn. It would be either due to the limited duration of the training, or it can also be because of subjects you would like to explore.

Yoga Shiksha Abhyasa Program is for you then.

Refreshing your studies

  • Refresh your practice of asana, pranayama and meditation every day at the teacher training intensive level.

  • Participate in the Asana Clinic Sessions to refresh the studies you have gone through.

  • Participate in the Kirtans and other Yogic discussions with the teacher training students group and the teaching team.
