The practice & philosophy of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training covers all the major dimensions of Vinyasa Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.

Starting & Ending of the Training

• The course begins on 3 October 2023 at 6.30 PM.
• The first-morning practice will be on 4 October 2023 at 6:00 AM.
• The course ends on 28 October 2023 at 10.00 AM.
