Requirement: You must have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from any reputed Yoga School.
This is an advanced Yoga Teacher Training and requires you to have a regular practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation before joining the training. This training focuses on advanced asanas, advance pranayama-meditation, Mantras, Tantra philosophical studies, Gita-Upanishads, Ayurveda, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Props and Yin Yoga along with Yoga Nidra practices.
