Requirement: You must have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from any reputed Yoga School. 

This advanced yoga teacher training requires regular practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation before joining the training. This training focuses on advanced asanas, advanced pranayama-meditation, Mantras, Tantra philosophical studies, Gita-Upanishads, Ayurveda, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Props and Yin Yoga along with Yoga Nidra practices.
