This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional method of Hatha Yoga practice based on the teachings from the texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita. 

The practice & philosophy of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training cover all the major dimensions of Hatha Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
