This Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga Primary series practice in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. 

The practice & philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training cover all the major dimensions of Ashtanga Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
