This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on traditional texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita. 

The practice & philosophy of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training covers all the major dimensions of Hatha Yoga from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
