This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on traditional texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita.
The practice & philosophy of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training cover all the major dimensions of Hatha Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
