This Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is based on the primary series of Ashtanga from the teaching of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, a direct student of Sri T Krishnamacharya.
The primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga is known as 'Yoga Chikitsa'.
This course elaborates on all the different dimensions of Ashtanga Primary, starting from Asana, Pranayama, Drishti, Bandhas and Tristhana practice.
Starting & Ending of the Training
The course begins on 3 August 2023 at 6.30 PM.
The first-morning practice will be on 4 August 2023 at 6:00 AM.
