This is an advanced Yoga Teacher Training for you if you would like to deepen their practice and explore multiple skillset to advance your teaching sessions. 

We focus on two areas in the training. First one is to advance your practices starting from asanas, pranayama, philosophy, mudras and Tantra. The second area is to enhance the skillsets so that as a Yoga Teacher you should be able to teach efficiently with better tools. We focus on props, hands on adjustments, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Ayurveds for Yoga practice, understanding body types etc.
