Payment Procedure & Policy

  • Please submit the Registration Form and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We may ask you some details about the practice background/duration etc. if it is required.
  • You will be guided by Mr. Sharma from Accounts & Registrations to make the registration payment to Hamsa Holistic Hermitage Private Limited, the registered-governing body of Samyak Yoga.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card

  • You will register with your official email id and you will be emailed the password to log in.
  • Using the E-mail id and Password sent, please log in.
  • Registration Fee

    • This dashboard will enable you to make the payments (Registration Payment & Final Payment), upload the passport copy and filling the arrival details. (Yes, transportation at the beginning of the training is included).
    • Fill the details for documentation, proceed to verify the details and pay the registration fee of 30,000 INR.
    • It will take you to card payment wherein choose the card (other debit card/other credit card) and make the payment.
    • You will receive the invoice receipt of the payment.
    • As you complete the registration payment, you will be sent a “Welcome Kit” which is an introduction to the place, teachers, and the training along with some preparations required for the training.
  • Course Fee Payment

    • You will have 30 days to complete the final payment of the training from the date of registration using the same login & password in your dashboard.
    • You can also make the final payment right after the registration payment.
    • You will receive the Invoice Receipt of the payment and some more details about the training.
    • Once you complete the payment, please upload a copy (JPEG / PNG / PDF) of your passport along with the transportation details which includes arrival date & time, flight name and number to arrange the transportation from the dashboard.
    • You can always log in to your dashboard to get your invoice receipt copies and register for another training too.

Payment by Bank Transfer

You can also make the payment by Bank Transfer. Please send an email to samyakyoga.ayur.ltd@gmail.com for bank account details. 

Cancellations & Refund

There is NO REFUND of the payments (both Registration Fee & Course Fee) made for Yoga Teacher Training Courses. With GST (Single Taxation System), and difficult documentation required in the Banking system for making the payment outside India, we do not have refund system. However, under special circumstances, we definitely consider transferring your registration to some other training with Samyak Yoga.
