This Vinyasa Course is mainly focusing on how to teach Asanas, how to translate them from the voice without demonstrating. Therefore a regular practice is highly necessary, without practice you can not explain any asana.

The Vinyasa Course is not a Flow Course. You will not connected asana to each other. There will be 3 different modules with 3 different stage of Vinyasa. It is not a Jivamukti Yoga, Power Yoga or Shiva Rea Yoga. Our Vinyasa Course is  based on the tradition of the Ashtanga Yoga

Also please note that 200 Hours, 300 Hours will not give you the title of “Yoga Teacher”. Yoga can not become a teacher on such a short period. During a 200 Hour Course you will learn how to teach Asana, how to adjust Asana and how to practice Asana. It is a start. Yoga is a discipline and it is not only about the physical body, it takes a life time journey to understand it.
During this month your will learn how to teach ASANAS (postures), the practice of the Asana guide to a better concentration (Dharana) using the breathing (Pranayama). From the third week of the course the morning practice will not be guided and student will be required to practice on their own (Tapas or Discipline). Teachers will be there to help and adjust them but no verbal instruction will be given.
