This course Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed in such a way that the practitioner will experience in depth the knowledge of different Asanas.
Each Vinyasa Yoga session will emphasis on asanas focused upon strengthening the arms and muscles, hips opener, balancing and back bending, spine stretch etc.
As Vinyasa is all about a mutual Flow of physical movements and vital breath, sessions will focus on different methods of Pranayama practices.
To improve concentration, sessions will be also on meditation.
To deepen the understanding of the Yoga philosophy, the theory sessions complete the course integrally.
Simple cleansing techniques will also be introduced during the course.
For all these, you need physical, mental and vital strength which is comprehensively provided by holistic vegetarian meals.
SEQUENCING A VINYASA YOGA CLASS
Students will learn how to sequence their own Vinyasa Yoga class. They will learn how to adjust, correct and all variation for all asana.
Students will lead their own Yoga Sequence as well Pranayama and guided Shavasana.
It is a truly changing life experience. The student will teach their yoga class during the Group Practice every day.
