TRANSPORTATION

  • Transportation is included FROM the Bangalore Airport or from Mysore. Transportation is included only if you are reaching by September 30th and October 1st, 2017. Before these dates, transportation will be at your own expense.
  • We won’t be able to accommodate you after October 28th. The Check out time is at 11:00 AM.
  • You will have to reach the Bangalore Airport THE LATEST BY OCTOBER 1st AT 11.00 AM.
  • Transportation is NOT INCLUDED at the end of the course (It will cost you around about 50€).

ACCOMMODATION: SINGLE Occupancy

  • We can accommodate you only ONE day prior the course starts. If you are planning to arrive September 30th, 2017 you will have to find your own accommodation. Then the transportation will be organised from the guest house or hotel in Mysore (not from Bangalore).
  • Accommodation is included from October 1st to October 28th, 2017 noon. Should you arrive by September 30th extra cost will be 20€ /25 $/1500 INR with all meals included.
  • Laundry Service available – with 1,200 Rs deductible deposit.

  • Smoking and drinking alcohol inside and outside of the campus is forbidden
  • All classes are mandatory
  • Wearing short and top tank is only allowed during the Yoga practical class

VINYASA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed in such a way that the practitioner will experience in depth the knowledge of different Asanas.

Each Vinyasa Yoga session will emphasis on asanas focused upon strengthening the arms and muscles, hips opener, balancing and back bending,  spine stretch etc.

As Vinyasa is all about a mutual Flow of physical movements and vital breath, sessions will focus on different methods of Pranayama practices.

To improve concentration, sessions will be also on meditation.

To deepen the understanding of the Yoga philosophy, the theory sessions complete the course integrally.

Simple cleansing techniques will also be introduced during the course.

For all these, you need physical, mental and vital strength which is comprehensively provided by holistic vegetarian meals.

SEQUENCING A VINYASA YOGA CLASS

Students will learn how to sequence their own Vinyasa Yoga class. They will learn how to adjust, correct and all variation for all asana.

Students will lead their own Yoga Sequence as well Pranayama and guided Shavasana.

It is a truly changing life experience. The student will teach their yoga class during the Group Practice every day.

6.30: 8.30 AM – Morning Practice (Meditation, Pranayama, Vinyasa Yoga)

VINYASA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

BEFORE YOU GET REGISTER WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • All Classes are mandatory.
  • This course is intensive – have a regular practice 3 to 4 times per week up to 3 to 6 months prior the course starts.
  • Yoga is not a competition, respect your body.
  • Our course is covering 200 Hour Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance UK certification. Therefore except in the case of severe illness, students can not skip any class.
  • Obtaining Yoga Certification will depend upon ethical yoga behavior and successful completion of the theoretical exam and written exam. However, if a student has not participated in all classes only participation certificate will be provided.
  • During the group, practice student can lead their class in their own language such as Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese etc.
  • Regarding meals: Unless you have diagnosed allergies we can not change our meals. For lactose intolerance, Soya milk will be provided. Should you need other vegan products you will be able to purchase them from Mysore. In the case of gluten intolerance white rice and boiled vegetables will be provided. Should you follow ONLY a raw food diet please buy your own vegetables and fruits in Mysore.
  • Our Ashram is eco-friendly. DO NOT  BRING ANY PLASTIC BOTTLE OF PLASTIC BAG. Bring your own eco bottle. Filtered water is provided in the Ashram. Please respect the collect of waste, do separate paper and tea bag from organic waste.

  • REGISTRATION: HOW DOES IT WORK

    • Fill the Registration Form
    • We will read your Registration Form and reply you within 48 hours. If we feel that we are missing some information we will ask you to clarify some points.
    • Once you have registered with Samyak Yoga your participation will be confirmed and your place is secured only after the deposit of the Registrations Fees.
    • Registration Fees is 30,000 INR (inclusive of all taxes).
    • The remaining amount of the Course will then be 75,000 INR for a registration 3 months prior the beginning of the Course, 85,000 INR for a registration received after the Early Bird duration.
    • Please note that the Registrations fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

    • Once you have secured your place you will be receiving the Welcome Kit.
  • HOW TO REACH MYSORE?

    • Book your flight to BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (also known as Kempegowda International Airport) – Airport Code is BLR.
    • The distance between the Airport and our Shala is 170 Kms.
    • Send us your flight detail information, such as Flight Number, Terminal number, Date and Time of your arrival.
    • We will send you a taxi for your transportation from the BANGALORE AIRPORT. The journey is about 3-4 hours.
    • The Taxi will be waiting for you OUTSIDE OF THE AIRPORT, at the Arrival Gate with a sign “YOUR NAME – SAMYAK YOGA”.
  • WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG WITH YOU?

    • PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
    • Your own Yoga Mat, Belt, and props if necessary.
    • Your own towel.
    • Your own medicine such as Paracetamol, contact lenses product, personal hygiene product (for ladies).
    • Tiger Balm, Arnica, natural anti-mosquito product.
    • To travel in India no vaccines are required.
    • A container for the water – we are providing filter water, please DO NOT CARRY ANY PLASTIC BOTTLE.
    • NO PLASTIC BAGS are allowed in the premises of Samyak Yoga.
    • Sufficient money in cash for your own needs as the ATM is not nearby.
